Beyond Suffrage

“Women’s History Month,” is a time to celebrate and explore the achievements of women all over the world. But is it enough if we ignore the reason the month exists in the first place? Almost everything women have achieved and accomplished has been done so in the face of the world’s oldest forms of oppression: sexism and misogyny. In this podcast, we explore how women view their own history, their erasure from it, and tell some stories to tie it all together.
