The Black History Month Podcast

Black history month is a time to celebrate the achievements and narratives of people of African descent. But is it enough if those narratives aren't honored and appreciated year-round. Here we take a fascinating look at the history of Black history and how we can use this month to improve our humanity.

This podcast is brought to you in the spirit of Carter G. Woodson: “We should emphasize not Negro history, but the Negro in history,” Woodson said. “What we need is not a history of selected races or nations, but the history of the world void of national bias, race hate, and religious prejudice.”
